Return Product Policy

Exchange can only be done on the sizing but not the design of the products.  All customers are entitled to exchange the size for ONE time only.  All return products are to have original hang tag attached, otherwise we will not acknowledge returned products. Kindly enclosed a self-addressed envelope with a appropriate value of stamp when doing the exchange.  When failing to do so, QueenPlus will not be responsible for the returning of the product.

Exchange Policy:

1. All exchange item should have original packing, accessories, and reason of exchange
2. To reach the target of hassle free internet purchase, QC are done strictly for every item. In case if found any defective products, please contact us within 2 days after receiving it.
3. Our terms of definition for defects includes, manufacturing defect, large area of dirt, decoration of clothes is missing
4. Exchange can only be done within period stated, additional postal fee will be bore by QueenPlus if it's caused by direct error of us, otherwise are to be bore by buyer(s).

 
Note: 

Check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of order item is incorrect. QueenPlus does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving.

Please contact our customer service thru MSN, Yahoo Messenger or Email before doing any exchange, providing us your order no, reason for exchange, image of defective item, we will seek the best solution to help you solve your problem.

Attn: Returns are to be accepted with our authorization only.

Conditions that are not under Exchange Policy:

• Misuse or mishandling of product
• Incorrect storing method, ie in damp environment
• Exposure to too high or too low temperature
• Any alteration done to product
• Dirt cause by food and drinks
• Any exchange done without contacting our customer service
• Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories
• Tag was removed and wore item
• Exceeded exchange period, small area of dirt, washed
• Products not purchased from QueenPlus
• Promotion/offer item

All goods sold are not refundable.

1. QueenPlus holds the rights of these terms and conditions, any amendment will not be notify
2. Different monitors display colors differently, and everyone’a definition of color is not the same, thus we cannot guarantee what you see in out picture is exactly 100% same as our product. We will do our best to describe every item if they are different from our picture
